1. Considerate scanning
Check public sites for lawful diagnostics. The service is not designed for load testing, secret discovery, private-network access, password guessing or exploitation. The crawler does not log in to assessed websites or submit completed forms.
2. Limits & caching
Default limits: up to 12 scan requests per minute and 20 new checks per hour per IP; up to 4 checks per domain group per hour, with a pause of at least 600 seconds. Subdomains are grouped using common domain suffixes, a conservative heuristic rather than a complete suffix registry. Failed outbound attempts count. Fresh reports are returned from cache. The service runs no more than 3 checks at once. Limits may change with load.
3. Prohibited activity
Do not bypass limits through proxies or IP rotation, automate bulk form submissions, send intentionally malformed requests, overload the service or assessed websites, retrieve private files, attempt SSRF or injection, or falsify results. The public endpoint supports the website interface; bulk API use requires agreement. Respect Retry-After on 429 and 503 responses instead of retrying immediately.
4. Complaints & stopping checks
Send the domain, time and abuse details to admin@administrator.ru. Verified owners can request removal from the public registry with public rescanning blocked. Deleting a report and blocking future checks are different actions; specify which you need. Necessary technical evidence may be retained temporarily within lawful periods for investigation.
